The Investment & Development Committee at SDA Church Kahawa Sukari is dedicated to ensuring the long-term financial stability and physical growth of our church. This ministry strategically plans for the sustainable development of our resources and infrastructure, enabling us to expand our mission and ministries for future generations.

Our Vision & Key Responsibilities

Our vision is to build a strong foundation for the church's present and future needs. The committee's responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Financial Planning: Developing and overseeing long-term financial strategies to support church growth and projects.
  • Asset Management: Ensuring responsible management and maintenance of church properties and assets.
  • Capital Projects: Planning, fundraising for, and overseeing construction or renovation projects (e.g., new church buildings, ministry centers).
  • Fundraising Initiatives: Spearheading campaigns and efforts to generate financial resources for major church developments.
  • Investment Oversight: Providing guidance on ethical and sustainable investment strategies for church funds.
  • Future Expansion: Identifying opportunities for growth and expansion of church facilities to accommodate a growing congregation and new ministries.
